Help us continue to build a community to
reclaim our free time from tech
We're building a community to help people reclaim their free time and attention from technology through real-life connections, play, purpose, and values.
We believe one of the biggest challenges today is overstimulation and phone and social media addictions. These challenges fuel anxiety, depression, and behavioral addictions. We want to create a healthier, more intentional balance: not completely offline, but not completely online.
Your perspective matters. Whether you've tried digital wellness tools or struggled with screen time, we want to hear from you! It will shape everything we build.
"By the end of the 28-day challenge, I reduced my screen time from nearly 6 hours a day to ~2 hours per day! The strategies made a meaningful difference in how I used my phone from day one, and I'd highly recommend the challenge to anyone interested in spending less time on their phone, and being more present day-to-day."
— Nico K., 2026
Imagine taking back 2 hours of your life every single day. That's 14 hours a week. 60 hours a month. 730 hours a year.
This program is rooted in my personal experience overcoming phone and social media addictions. I draw on my psychedelic integration and psychosynthesis (spiritual psychology) coaching background to create a deeply reflective, transformative experience.
Tech is a tool, not the enemy—but most apps are engineered to keep us hooked. Without awareness and intentional choice, we give away our attention, energy, and free time. This program helps you reclaim all three.
Throughout the program, you will:
Expect a mix of reflection, behavioral experiments, creative practices, community engagement, and screen-free experiences.
You'll explore topics such as attention, avoidance, emotional regulation, choice points, play, presence, and intentional design of your environment.
*Prizes, pricing, and perks are subject to change for each program.
